in 1995 and now it is located in Shanghai Baoshan district.
Employees 82, among them, there are 28 technicians and 12 senior
engineers for research work.
SHPSM produces a series of photoresist materials of printing
grade and electronic grade. Including 215-Sulphochloride (NAC-5);
214-Sulphochloride (NAC-4); 2,1,5-Sulphonic acid sodium salt
(NAS-5); various Esters; various special resins; and coating
solution for PS plate.
The positive coating solutions for PS plate have realized
the perfect combination of high sensitivity and wide latitude. The
superior photosensitive performance, coating performance and
printing performance entitle it to compete with any famous
brand PS plate. All of the basic raw materials are produced
by our in-house. Innovative technology is adopted to reduce
production cost, so our products are endowed with the best-cost
performance.
SHPSM supplies higher purity photoresist-related materials
for the electronic applications, such as NAC-5, and NAC-4,
and its Ester that may used to manufacture photoresists of
printing circuit, integrated circuit and LCD in the field
of semiconductor industry. We are the only manufacturers capable
of mass production of high purity photolithographic sulphonation
photosensitive materials in China.
